I lived there in a 1BR townhome for 6 months. During those 6 months I never had any problem maintainence wise.Its a quiet peaceful place. Rent is ok. Management is good. They returned my deposit easily. No bugs, just a few ants and spiders. Location is very good. Its a few mts drive from all the groceries and shopping complex. Metro is available rt outside the lakes complex. A few issues that I felt were:
1. Walls were thin, u cud easily hear someone climbing the stairs in next apt.(My friends who lived on ground floor, said they had trouble with someone always making noise above.)
2. Its close to airport so sometimes the noise of planes bothers you.
3. if you are looking for a nice decent pool, u'll be disappointed although the gymnasium is good.
Other than all this, everything was good.
