I lived at Trotwood for 6 years and I enjoyed the size of the apartment, but that was all. The staff couldn't possibly care any less for you. It is in a very bad neighborhood. Neighbors are loud and staff won't do anything about it. Good luck getting anything fixed either. If you value your life, stay away.

I am a home owner very near the apartments and the area is not crime ridden and it is actually very safe.
