I hated my stay at these apartments. A half hour after a signed my lease I found out the the leasing office lied to me!! First off they told me that there was high speed internet and they knew I was a student that had online classes, but when I called to set up service I was told that my apartment couldn't get internet only slow dial up. When I called the leasing office and asked to move to the side of the apartments that could get internet they LAUGHED and told me no way. We also had very hoosier neighbors with a million kids running around and walking out in the street and throwing rocks at our cars Plus the people below us were so filthy that we got roaches!!! The leasing office did nothing to punish these people, which the lease says you will get evicted for such circumstances. Also, there was mold in all of our windows and when we asked them to fix it they came and painted over it with regular paint so it just came back through. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the apartments around you. Maintenance takes forever, but the people are nice. Also, since I have move out whenever I call to ask about my deposit they say they'll call me back, but they never do. Also, when you ask for the property manager he is "out of town" for the month with no replacement. The pool is tiny and the workout room is even smaller. There is only one trash compactor for the whole huge complex and it is always overflowing and it's out of the way for most apartments. Do you really want to put trash in your car for that long' Also the ground outside is just dirt evrywhere!! Dirt turns into mudd after rain and it gets very messy. Very poor landscaping! The toilets clog on a daily basis and the tubs are tiny. Oh and the carpet is disgusting. There were stains everywhere when we moved in! You would think that for the price you pay they could afford nice things and not the clearance items! Don't move in here you will regret it. I regreted it after a half hour of signing the lease!

I agree I lived here for 4 years. The last year being a living hell (that's another issue). The trash was always piling up outside the trash compactor (especially on the weekends) and we would get in trouble for setting trash outside our door even though the compactor was on the other side of the complex. They said it looked bad...but they could let the trash pile up in front of the compactor. I never got my deposit back either. They told me they were charging me $350 for carpet cleaning! Who the hell cleaned the carpet? They wouldn't give a receipt to show that's how much it cost and they didn't have pictures (I did). They didn't deduct my deposit from the cost of the cleaning and tried to get me for the whole $350. when I told them I had pictures they decided to drop it. Obviously it wasn't in that bad of shape since it didn't have to be repalced. Not saying that there weren't stains on the carpet I lived there for 4 years with a small child, but I took good care of my home for the 4 years I lived there.
