you see all these benifits to this apartment complex but here is what you do not see.

Pool,constanly closed because people do not put thier kids in proper swim diapers.

Fitness center,that is a joke!The code changes so often you cant get in,and there really isnt much in there.

The apartment they show you before you move in is not the apartment you will get,or anything close to it.

Party room has NO A/C,this is hard when you have 25 ppl in 90 degree weather and a costume character whos gonna pass out!

LOUD NEIGHBORS

NO ONE LISTENS TO THE SPEED LIMIT

Kids running around alone as young as 2 yrs old!

Yard is poorly cared for.

Dining area is too small

Managment changes so often so you never really know what is allowed.Ive been here 1 yr and in that time 3 different managers!Last year you could rent the party room and the pool came with it,not this year.Last yr you could tie out small dogs,not this year.Last year you could plant flowers,not this year.All the rules change.

THEN we get a notice saying we have 7 days to resign our contract of we will need to move,WTF!We cant find a home in 7 days (we have 2 months untill the contract is up)so we are stuck here another lowsy year!

Might be ok for a teenager wanting to "party it up" but do not expect sleep and do not move in with a family!


Oh also there was a cop who served in pasific who tried to kill his girlfriend in these apartments,true story look at myfoxstl.com

I lived here for 4 years (the apartment was brand new when I moved in) and never had problem the first 3 years. My building was pretty quiet. Until new people moved in below me (I lived on the 3rd floor). They were constantly complaining about the noise level, I had a small child and couldn't keep her quiet all the time, why would you assign a person with a small child a 3rd floor apartment? it's an apartment; you can't expect to not hear your neighbors at all. Anyways, I got a notice on my door saying they were going to review my lease...I had not even gotten a phone call from the management about the noise. And then I found out that only were they complaining about me all the time they were also complaining about the people below them, as well. Instead of looking at the fact that I had lived there for 3 years w/o complaint they started threating me with eviction. They did evict the tentants below these people with a 10 day eviction letter. Then they charged them for the carpet because of pet stains. They didn't have any pets...the people before them did. I am aware of this because of the time frame I lived there. So they got stuck paying for new carpet because of the tentants before them let their dog piss all over the carpet. The fact is you do get the apartment they show, but the display apartment is painted differently and decorated nicely. The pool was closed all the time when I lived there due to teenagers vanalizing it all the time. and we were always being threatened with pool closure for the whole summer. Even though part of our rent went to maintaining the pool. I really liked my apartment and thought it was very nice and modern. However, the management does suck and they do change the rules all the time. And will not hesitate to evict you w/o cause and w/o sufficiant notice.
