Can't wait to move!

The rent is cheap, but it's not worth it.
This is not a location recommended for affluent people as you will have to live among rats. The people they rent to are the lowest class of people in Jefferson County.
It's baby mama, baby mama's boyfriend, and her kids that run around outside scratching cars, shooting paintball guns, and running in an out of their apartment, slamming doors.
I live above an apartment that is plagued by constant domestic fights. People screaming, banging on the walls, throwing things, and then crying. It's horrible.
The people at the office have always been extremely nice to me, even though I think they turn a blind eye to a lot of the stuff that goes on here, and will sugarcoat a little bit when signing the lease.
The apartment itself is very nice, and I find the kitchen and bathrooms to be very nice. They recently put in new windows, and are fixing roofing issues. They do take care of the buildings.
If you want cable TV, you do have to sign up for AT&T HE, which can charge you WHATEVER they want. I currently have two-room service, one DVR, and Showtime. It runs $100/month.
The schools in the area are not the best, and I am tired of living among trash. The people they rent to are out of this world. It's pure white trash.
