This apartment complex is a joke! Grubby, dirty renters, ill-kept grounds, terrible management, kids in diapers in the pool, everything about it is terrible!

DO NOT MOVE HERE, there are a million reasons why. I'd be glad to tell you. My window was busted the 1st month i lived here, its been 2 months and they've only taped a peice of wood over it. My back porch is infested with spiders, the pool is always crowded with fat kids who spray ppl with the hose and throw lawn furniture in the pool. My car was stolen, luckily one of my friends found it. I went into the apts planning to pay 885 but they fooled me into paying 915. and they still want me to pay 40 for parking but im not going to! I dont even have the new stove and built in microwave like most of the other apts. I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors upstairs are doing!!! even opening dresser drawers.. Moving around in the bathtub. My sister warned me about Holland Residential. They won't really give you $500 for refferring someone to live there, my sister lives in her own house now, her friend moved into keelers korner and she never got her 500! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!! There's alot more to warn you about. DONT make the mistake i did.

Don't forget the puke and trash on the stairs. The people that speed through the parking lot. Don't even bother slowing down for a mom and child walking to their car. My boyfriend's witnessed people driving down to the compactor with their trash bag on the trunk of their car and it fell off. The hoosiers didn't even stop to pick it up.
