Dont do it!!! I lived here for the last year and it is total white trash! Domestic disputes are an everyday occurence. Leasing agents are rude as hell and they just changed management again. They tried to get me to stay but not with all the violence, alcoholics, drugs, no way. Not a

Excellent Place to Live! The office staff is great, they are all very nice to talk to. The maintenance staff is nice also and are great at responding to any maintenance problem. The property is always looking its best and I love it here!

Highly Recommended! Walden Pond apartments are very nice and the leasing staff is great! Anytime I had a maintenence request they came in a speedy manor. I lived there from October 05-October 06 and loved it! The only reason I moved was because of a job offer out of state. I would recomment this

special circumstances Sometimes people have things happen that they can't help.. and this may prevent them from paying their rent on time but it does always get paid and has never been delinquent for months at a time...so why don't these people get a small break...

This is not a location recommended for affluent people as you will have to live among rats. The people they rent to are the lowest class of people in Jefferson County.
