White River is well kept and things are fixed promptly. The only thing that is a little annoying are kids running through the parking lot and almost being ran over. Our neighbors are a little noisy but most of the time all is well.The managment is good at putting people in apartments near other people like them (elderly, families, college students, etc.)Overall the managment is okay. They can be a little snooty sometimes and have occasionally treated us (responsible tenants that pay our rent and take good care of our apartment) like low lifers. I have a lot of friends who live here and would recommend it to others.
