White River Mountain Apts were the absolute worst apts I have ever lived in, period! My apt had problems with roaches all the time. Two weeks after I moved in, my outside furniture got stolen. 2 weeks after that, my car was broken into and everything that wasn't bolted down was gone including the stereo! My neighbor said she was asleep one night and 2 guys broke into her apt in the middle of the night. Noise was a constant issue! Many teenagers blasting music in their apts and driving fast in the parking lot. It was horrible! You will be hating life in these apts, as I found out. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more, you'll be glad you did! I'm sure these apts were nice at one time but they are now run into the ground and probably the worst place to live in the greater Branson area. I am so glad I don't live in these apts anymore.
