Noise and Crime In the two years we lived here our cars were broken into many times. The noise cause by the multitude of overly-intoxicated tenants made living here a nightmare. The management has rules concerning noise but will NOT enforce them. The Hollister police proved to be absolutely useless

How can we not be judged!!! The Office Staff Is very judging anywhere that you see them ... They are always looking down on you. There not much of the best people to take care of things and hardly any activity's for the community to get involved in !!!! Up keep needs to be improved!!!
