I have lived here almost a year now and I absolutely hate it. It appears to be very nice, just like the worthless management. They not only fail to tell you that its the Jefferson County ghetto, but they also fail to tell you that 99% of the people living here don't work, have 5 or 6 kids they don't take care of, are on HUD housing, and the management does absolutely nothing to improve living conditions for the residents who actually pay money to live here. Instead, they tell you to call the police, even for something as simple as kids jumping on the air conditioners, dogs pooping everywhere, and kids riding their bikes into cars. Not only is that bad, but the apartments are built cheap, you can hear everything the neighbors do, the tile comes off, the toilets leak, the dishwashers ruin your dishes, and the carpet is coming up off of our floor. You can't leave your windows open at night due to noise and fear of what will happen if you do leave them open. Infact, we have to put a chair behind our door to prevent another break in. I DO NOT recommened this place!!
