I never had any problems when I lived there. I was reading some of the other reviews and was pretty shocked since I hadn't seen any of this. I truly felt like I got everything that I paid for. My apartment looked exactly like the model I was shown and if I had any problems in my apartment the maintanace staff was great. I just bought a house which was my only reason for moving.
