"This place is Unprofessional in all that they do !! I WOULD HOPE NO ONE MAKES THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID BY MOVING IN ! IT IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE ! ITS LOUD, NO PARKING after 6PM. The management staff LIES ! They DO LIVE THERE THEMSELVES AND THEY ARE SOME OF THE PEOPLE THAT ARE PARTYING ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT, WITH OTHER TENTANTS !! They NEVER lost my RENT Checks, Because I Did take advice from someone and NEVER dropped my off in the "BOX" I handed someone my check each month, that way I could get a receipt. Unlike my friend who thought it was convenient to drop her's off in the box, They had lost it each time and she was charged late charges for this. I can go on forever about this place and its all negative. Please, you may think this place is saving you money but, in the long run its not. The Manager, currently there is the most UNPROFFESINONAL Person you will meet! Your better off looking for another place."

I have never had any problem with my rent check being lost because I used the drop box. It's simple, write your name and apartment number on an envelope, SEAL IT,

Ya.. they lost my check once too, and you're completely right. That place is a menace. Anybody who moves in there is going to regret it deeply, there really is nothing good about the place. As long as they continue to have such an irresponsible slothlike manager then there are going to be problems. So glad I left...
