Lakewood is a great place to live. I have been here for a little over a year and a half. The staff here is very friendly and professional. They have been responsive to any problems, concerns, and questions that I have had. And all of my Maintenance request has been handle very efficiently. I am quite happy how the Lakewood staff and how well they treat their people.

I totally agree with you. I have had no problems since I've moved in here. The office staff has been great and friendly. They are quick to get work orders out and the maintenance staff are great at coming out the same day and fixing whatever problem that I have. My neighbors are great and have had no problems, yes I understand that your going to have your noise but you have to also relieze that you live in an apartment and there are going to have some problems. The manager, Meredith, has always been helpful and worked with me if I have any problems. She is very professional and friendly. I don't know why anyone would write a bad comment about her unless you have problems yourself and are very insecure. Maybe these people need to grow up and take a look in the mirror and realize what kind of person they are.

This is actually sad. I think Lakewood staff should find better things to do than trying to write false reviews to bring their low ratings up. If you spent more time on your jobs and less here the place wouldnt be such a trash hole.

This person mustn't have anything to do but go through the ratings and write bad stuff. Maybe your just pissed because you were evicted or didn't pay your rent on time because I haven't had any problems with Meredith but I pay my rent on time and I don't waste my time writing bad reviews or go on the ratings after I move out especially not after five months. Do you not have a life? Cause seriously it sounds like you don't. I'm going to sign out and enjoy the rest of my stay at lakewood with the rest of the highly sophisticated people here. Yes I said highly sophisticated considering the majority of us are. Aside from the few that would have included you.

Haha these reviews are so funny, I especially like how the positive renters (aka office staff in disguise) accuse others of having no life when they're on here avidly defending themselves. LOL Most of Lakewoods tenants are section 8... ya you are SO sophisticated.. too much for me haha.
