I think that if you are a negative thinking person you are not going to have a hard time finding something wrong with any apartment community. I have lived at lakewood for about a year and have had only positive experiences. I think you cannot expect more than you are giving in any relationship, this includes your relationship with your apartment community management. I find that the manager(Meredith)and staff have been friendly and helpful in every instance. I have talked with the maintenance supervisor on a couple of occasions, and confirmed that he is in no way a sex offender. The review that refers to them having a sex offender maintenace supervisor is a dated one and George is a very nice individual and does not deserve to have such things said and thought about him. I have also heard of several other situations where management has really helped a tenant that was truely down on their luck. Remember, they are real people, just trying to do their job to the best of their ability.
