She can be so nice, until you actually expect her to do her JOB! And, then she feels that all apartment complexes have problems and Pot Use is so minor, that no one should complain. I actually was told one day that if someone is being stabbed outside your door, try to see where they go and get their apartment number so management can put in a complaint. Management has also, told me they can NOT get the police reports, but the police tell me that is not true the the management at Lakewood just doesn't really follow-up on anything!

My lease ended last month and I was never so glad to leave an area. My main concern is the drug use, I remember signing a "drug free" form upon signing my lease, although they may not do that any longer. However, I did complain about the pot smell and the fact that I had kids really upset me. Well, upon telling management I will told that pot is not that bad of a thing, they are more concerned with harder drug! I must be an odd parent because to me any illegal drug is a BAD thing and the fact that you can actually walk the sidewalk and ask where the drug dealers are and get the apartment number!
