Just thought I'd post to let people know that Lakewood is a great community. I actually work at a different apartment complex, but choose to live at Lakewood. Understand, all communities have bad tenants, put heads, punk kids, vandalism, and bad parking. But "welcome to renting!" It all depends on who your neighbors. If I moved in next to Snoop Dogg, I wouldn't expect to walk through the breezeway and smell baby powder!

The staff at Lakewood has always attended to every little detail I have requested, and done it in a timely manner. They respect you, and are pleasant to deal with... when you're not talking down on them. Would you ask a police man to "put down the f-ing donut and come knock on your pot head neighbor's door'" of course not, you have to communicate like an adult to be treated like one. Attitude and demading personalities make people not want to help you.

Lakewood is amazing.

Hey --------, how are ya doing these days? I sure do hope you've gotten better at managing the apartments here. Not too many people seem to like you, how sad. Maybe if you spent more time actually doing your job instead of writing fake reviews on this website, things wouldn't be so bad, well good luck!

Umm as a resident here I would expect them to take care of any drug use, and I'm not buying the well its only pot debate. Being I signed a drug free waiver and have 2 kids I would certainly hope they would take care of the bad tenants, vandalism and what not but then again they did allow a child sex offender to live up stairs from us so this doesn't surprise me at all.
