I am so glad that I found this site...I was on the fence about renting here and after reading all of the reviews I have made the decision not to move to lakewood!! I was excited when I first went to lakewood to check it out...but after dealing with the managment and their lies I am glad that I did not move there...they told me that I would have new carpet and when my move in date would be...then the date got moved because my "new carpets" had to be cleaned before I could move in because they were dirty..lies, lies, lies!!! The managers there are VERY rude and unprofessional...and it's good to know that they let sex offenders live or work there..let me tell you how safe that would make me feel with my little girl!!! What a crap hole...thank you for the input on your experiences at lakewood:)

I have lived here for the past year and the management staff has been nothing but nice to me. Apparently you are getting some wrong information, because there are no sex offenders that work at lakewood and that lived here. I had no problem moving in and my carpet was very clean.
