I have no clue what all these complaints are about this apt. I have lived in several and this is the best apt we have ever lived in. We have been here for the last three years and I am not moving out until I buy a house. Every time we have asked them to fix something it has been done right and fast. The manger is awesome. Always willing to go above and beyond her job to make sure your happy. None of the staff is rude, they are very welcoming. They never have an attitude when you call to complain about something. We love it here. I read a post on here talking about problems with pot and her kids. I have a two year old and I feel he is completely safe here. My son is my number one priority and his safety comes first. I have never had problems with pot in this apartment. I have heard people complain about the management here but only when they are acting like they are 2 and don't know what an adult act's like. All the problems we have ever had the manger took care of and fast too. The apartments are kept nice and clean, along with the pool area. Overall I believe these apartments are a safe, clean, and well kept apartment for all ages.

wow yeah who paid you to write such a nice review? Lakewood is a dirty place to live! Are you on section 8? It would make more sense if you were!!!

I am just looking in to Lakewood, I don't know who is right or who is wrong about the Apartments...But, I would like to say that just because someone is on section 8 does not make them a dirty, or bad person. I was on section 8 for 3 years, I'm clean, I work, I take care of my child, and I am not on drugs. Actually I am a Tech at a drug and alcohol treatment facility. I was just a single mom that needed a little help w/ rent. There is ignorance and stupidity in every income tax bracket, why pin point the poor. I mean you lived there, you're obviously not that well off yourself!
