Staff is completely unprofessional and rude. Crime around here is high. I have witnessed several fights outside my window. One night a guy try to run me over I can only guess because he did not like the shirt I was wearing or maybe he was high on the meth he bought at one of the many meth dealers located at these fine apartments. Jefferson County police suggested I stay in my apartment and stay away from the windows. If I wanted to live like that I'd go live in East St. Louis for less money. Apparently parking is reserved for everybody else who does NOT pay rent. If you don't get a spot before 6pm you'll have to park on the other side of the complex and hope you don't run into one of the people high on meth. Today I had a sticker on my car stating I was illegally park and I did not have a permit. My permit is clearly seen on the windshield of my car. The place where I parked is the same place I have always parked. If there was a change I was never notified. Despite that there are several cars parked in front of my building with no permit. The staff is completely useless and no help at all. When you go to complain they sit there and look at you like so what! If you need help at night be prepared to fork over some money and get yelled at by the "friendly" staff. This place is the worst place I have ever lived in and I've lived in some dumps.

I absolutely love this place!! The people in the office are so friendly and they go out of thier way to accomadate any thing that is needed. I have been here for 2 years and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The location is great and my neighbors are very nice. It was the best decision I made to come here, I don't regret it, not one day.
