In 2000 we moved in,from there it was hell"" We had tennents over our heas that were the worst. She has 3 kids, up all night,riding tricycles, throwing balls etc. She would sit out on her deck ,talk the filthest language, throw her cigaretts in my yard and her beer bottles. I complained numerous times but since she was a friend of the THEN manager it was ignored. When we gave 30 day notice to move, the day we were to move the biggest ice and snowstorm hit. NOTHING was moving, so We were delayed a day or 2. So for this 24 hour delay we were to pay an asses $695.00 to brookstone or Yarco which ever anyway I cant rent another apt because of them..Im 67 years old and disabled in a wheelchair . My husband is too. We cant move to Senior housing because we have a 17 year old son. I hope Yarco is happy!!!!!!!!!!!!
