I lived at Cedar Brooke for two years and absolutely loved. I had to move because I got divorced. The staff is very friendly and the apartments are beautiful. They never raised the rent and there were a lot of events to get to know the neighbors. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

They increase your rates at the end of your lease. This person's former spouse must have paid the bills.

No, this person's spouse didn't pay the bills. It may be different now, but in 2002 you had the option to sign a two year lease without a rent icrease.
