I think it is so funny when you read these reviews it is very obvious who wrote the review. Its funny that every GOOD review talks about how great the staff is. Fishy!!! Anyways I have lives in cedar brooke for 1 year now. The staff Sucks!!! They told us that because we only had one parking spot we could park any where else. Not true seeing how my room mates car got towed for an extremely expensive price. Then the staff that never answers the phone says we never said you could park there. Only I saw the maintenance people maybe twice and they did always have a good solution or answer. I also find it off putting that the staff comes in whenever they want to. Good privacy here!! Its kind of like living with your mom. I never used this "amazing pool" because it was ALWAYS filled with kids. ALWAYS! I don't even think those kids lived there. And I must say after those 2 boys where shot in their apartment the day after moving in I was ready to go. It must be an easy back ground check to get through. The staff will tell you whatever they need to to get your money. And if you do move here don't plan on plugging to many thing in your kitchen at one time you wont be able to use any of it. Another helpful hint don't get the washer/dryer. They don't dry anything, not even after the 9th cycle. And add us to the list of the cars being broken into. 3 times and my friend had a part stolen from under neath his car. They do have security I will say that but they like to bother you more than help. Its funny they know everything we do but for the 3rd time of the car being broken into the security still didn't see anything. Weird huh' And the neighbors. Weird. Only one 2 people I can say I have actually seen. And the person above me i could hear very clearly. They walked so hard pictures would fall off the walls. Make your own choice to move but I would read through these careful and make sure you know who wrote them.
