Lived here for 3 years

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I lived at Cedar Brooke for 3 years. I moved in 2005. I had a spacious 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor. The place always felt like a home/townhouse not an apartment. However, the air-conditioning did not cool. The filters were not change and the carpet was ugly. The management was kind to me, but did not do repairs until AFTER I moved (new carpet, painting etc.). The cost was $535 per month, but they wanted to add water costs the year I moved. The electric costs were high also ($75-$125 per montn) while I kept the temperature on 78 for the summer and 60 for the winter.
