Let me start by saying the the floorplans are very nice. They are spacious and airy, although the one bedroom has a very awkward layout for setting up your furniture and TV. When I moved in, I was assured that noise would be very minimal due to thick concrete walls. This has not been the case. I often here music and conversations coming from the surrounding apartments. I also found out that there are many folks who are living in the units with vaulted ceilings (top floor) and are paying less than me! I referred someone, which is to be a $500 credit to your rent, and I had to fight for it. It took several calls and visits before they credited me with the referral. The management can either be very kind or very abrupt, depending on which person you speak to. Fortunately, because the complex is new, I have not had any maintenance issues. Overall, the units are nice and it is a decent place to live on a short-term basis.
