The facilities are very well maintained and what you would expect in fairly new complex. Parking spaces are limited unless you want to pay extra for a covered, reserved space. I rented a short-term furnished 2 bedroom and even though it was expensive, it wasn't unreasonable. The furniture was fairly low-end, but again, it was adequate. That's the good news.
The travesty is in their business practices. Where I thought I had an agreement for a two month lease (and paid a little extra for that), the contract said three months. The contract called for a 60 day notice and I pointed out to the manager that I would need to put in my notice now if that were the case. At that time the manager stated that since this was a 'corporate' lease, those terms didn't apply and that 30 days would be adequate. When I gave my notice 30 days later, a new manager informed me that I would need to give 60 days notice or pay a penalty of 2 months rent as it states in the contract. Every time I tried to have a discussion with the new manager, the contract (with the terms that didn't apply to a corporate lease) was referenced.
At the end of the lease to add insult to injury, they withheld all but $85 of nearly $500 in deposits for 'cleaning' the apartment which had been professionally cleaned after we vacated. I inspected the apartment personally and know a quality cleaning when I see it.

I concur, this place has highly unethical business practices especially in relation to move out procedures.

the move out procedures are horrible. they whack you with a bunch of charges that are rediculously high.
