massive charges when you move out!!!!

great all the way until the end when they hit me with all of the move out fees!!! $120.00 to paint the walls' i though that was mandatory for them to paint the walls. $300.00 pet deposit that doesn't cover anything from the pet. just a fee (that wasn't mentioned) overall nightmare!!!!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
