There has been 1 girl in the office that was & rude but i havent seen her in awhile hoefully she has been fired. I have been here 2 1/2 years and can agree with most of the complaints. Smoke in the master bathroom is weird i don't smoke i notified the office and they said there is nothing they can do and i was the only one complaining'' from other reviews I guess not!! The majority of the office staff has helped me with complaints of noise, I don't complain about walking a cabniets closing I complained about pepole jumping on the floors and drunk pepole fighting and braking bottles in the halls twice this has happened. Parking is not bad at my building but i do see pepole park in un-used carports which is okay i guess as long as nobody is renting them.
Maintenance has always been friendly and when i have an issue that gets to them they are prompt and professional about the work they have done for me!!
I do pick up after my dog as do other pepole on my half of the building but the other pepole i see sure dont.
All in all buildings are nice utillities are low rent has gone up on me once but only fifty dollars not bad. Some of the staff needs be a liitle more helpfull and courteous considering the field they are in.
