The day I moved in, my dishwasher was broken. It was promptly repaired by the end of the day. Excellent. Upon move-in in the middle of summer I was promised my celing fans would be installed, although there could be a week wait and it wouldn't be priority. I told them I was more than patient. Two plus months later and runaround after runaround I was running out of patience. Not so great. I was givin an early signing decrease in rent. Very good. I found the apartment through Rent.com and was interested in getting the $100 finder rebate to help with moving expenses and carefully made sure everything was in order for that to happen. The apartment denied that when they had to verify I was a tennant. Grr. The apartment itself is very nice and open and new feeling. Outside is well kept, well lit, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, the gym is small but never busy, the pool and hot tub are nice to have on occasion. Parking isn't very good. The arrangemnt of the apartments and the parking means not nearly enough close parking for the number of people that would need it. You can pay extra for covered parking that is close, but it's difficult to snag one when it opens up (no waiting list) and no changing once you chooses one. This could be good if you got what you wanted right away, but not very good if you miss the boat. The neighbors seem nice, quite a mix...some young families, older people, young singles...but most people seem pretty nice and not scary or too shady. I generally feel pretty safe. Noise never seems to be much of a problem in my apartment. I'm sure it just depends on who your neighbors are. Overall I would recommend this apartment. I don't need a lot from the office other than at the initial move-in, so I don't have many complaints and they always seem pleasant when I drop off my rent check. If you are a needy renter you may have more difficulty. Good luck!
