Let's start off by saying the office staff seem kind of absent...you can walk in and not even get acknowledged. They have a high turnover rate I haven't even lived here for a year yet and they have new front office staff and manager. I had to ask the new manager her name...you would think that she would introduce herself so that her tenants know she is here and willing to be of assistance. The pool area is not that clean, you have people that leave their beer cans and such for others to look at. I told the manager that this should be addressed since there are lots of kids in the pool area. Some of the owners of dogs are not respectful of others or the property...they know that they are suppose to pick up their dogs feces but leave it there for someone to walk in ... even worst kids play in the grassy areas and this is where these people leave their dog ----. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors having sex, and other types of banging...I have had time when I was awaken by banging on the walls from my neighbors. Oh yes the parking sucks...they charge 25.00/mo for carports (most are empty) so everyone has to fight for a space to park...if you don t get home before 7pm you could be left with no place to park near your apartment (scary walking late at night) security sucks I have spoken with them twice once they were patrolling the complex and both of the guys were drunk...no wonder someone s tire got stolen off of their car and the fake maintenance man/rapist was able to attack one of the residents. I have also told them I have spiders and no one has come to spray. The price tag on these apartments are not cheap but the construction of the building is...they are cute on the inside but like I said you can hear too much of what goes on in the apartments connected to your apartment. I just think it is an awful shame that they are not better that this we pay 759.00 a month and they are not worth it. They should at least give 1 carport for each 2bedroom apartment that could solve the vacant carport issue and the lack of parking issue. This complex needs some serious attention from the office staff / management/ and the buildings.

I completely agree. The new manager is about one of the most unfriendly people I have come across-she will walk right by you and look away -no hello and when I have come into the office she has sat there on the desk with her back to me-no greeting. It really got me mad that when I got back from vacation I had a nasty note on my door telling me to take my decorative lights off my patio or they would be removed and I would be charged. This was the new managers introductory letter. I have looked through my contract twice and it says nothing about not allowing lights-I guess it is going to be a dull Christmas around there. It is like we are residing in a communist country. They want you to follow their strict rules but things go unfixed for months. No heater in the pool, no remote in the gym for over a month now and the office staff parks right in front of the door to the office leaving less room for tenants that need to stop to drop off rent etc.

Does anyone ever have anything nice and positive to say about management and office staffers at apartment complexes? It seems pretty much the same problems all over. All these workers must be members of the same union.
