Do not rent from this place!! The rent is kind of high for what you get. The walls are super thin. I hear everything the neighbors are doing: arguing, listening to music, wathcing tv, taking a shower, doing laundry, vacuuming, etc. The first three months we lived here, I got a flat tire and my boyfriend got two flat tires and his car was broken into. The doors to the outside do not keep the outside out very well. You can see the light in the crack and it makes it worse because the air is always getting in. The parking is horrible. Even if get home early from work, you can't always get a parking spot. There is covered parking that you can pay for, but there are people I know who have complained about other people parking in their spot. The tiles are coming up off the floor in all the rooms. The dishwasher does not work very well. It just kinda swirls the dirt around onto other dishes. You pretty much have to wash the dishes with soap before you put them in the dishwasher. For some reason, there was dirt and marbles on our balcony and we live on the third floor. It turns out that kids are throwing things onto other people's balconies. I looked out the window one time and saw a kid picking up dirt from a pot on his balcony and throwing it around at people's apartments. The only good things about our apartment is that it looks pretty new and we like the convenience of the washer and dryer. We've never had any bugs or mice in our apartment like some of the other people have complained about. The location is ok if you like all the stores and restaurants around you. There isn't a grocery store that is close and sometimes the traffic gets really bad when it's a holiday or something when people need to shop.
