We have lived here for a while now (more than 9 months)and the apartments are nice, but very very noisy. If your neighbor rolls over in bed you can hear it!!! And in most of the buildings you can hear the interstate traffic pretty loud. You can make multiple phone calls about noisy neighbors and they will stop the problem when you call, but it will reoccur again and again. The pool is nice in the winter, but during warm times last year and this spring, it is full of noisy, rude people who are continuously drinking alcohol even though signs are posted. I am sure most of the people are not residents here, all you have to do is walk into the pool during business hours. As far as the staff: the maintencence guys are really helpful and very nice!!! They are the best part about living here. The office staff is iffy. It depends who you get and what day of the week. There are a couple of really nice people, but the majority are very rude and unhelpful. They are like most businesses in the world, they love to get your money, and hate to have to raise a hand to help you out. We have never been late for rent and still if you ask certain office staff a question, they will make you feel like you are a criminal, and a 2 year old also!! Also parking is adequate, but if you arrive after 7-8 p.m., expect to walk a distance. .....The apartments are really nice, some of the nicest in the area, but with the noise and some of the staff, it is worth going somewhere else!
