First, parking is HORRIBLE and can get expensive. Especially on holidays. Don't move in buildings 3940 right next to the car wash and the entrance. You will hear the annoying beeping noise and the blast from the car wash. Also cars entering the complex, and in the winter time you hear screeching tires and a lot of people speed in the complex and a teenage girl was hit getting off of her bus stop. My car was broken into 3 times, and several other neighbors. Management didn't make any appropriate changes, such as brighter lighting, security, cameras- NOTHING. Rent fluctuates unbelievably. Close to the mall, you hear car engines through the night. Be aware of the fine print- about the security deposit.. In sum of, I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to live in Conerstone Apartments.
