I managed this place from 1994 - 1997 (& all of 1992). I have worked at new and old properties over the past 14 years. Coventry Manor is very special. With a mature property like Coventry you get larger floor plans, lots of closets, mature trees and landscaping, and better quality builidings.

Don't pass this place by because it has a 1970's looking exterior. The apartments are large, the windows are huge and the floor plans are very unique. The apartment builidings are smaller and each apartment extends from the front to the back of the building so you get a great cross breeze through your place with the windows open. I have not worked for the property in many years and am not affiliated with it at all and have no reason to offer this info other than the fact that it is a great place to live. I manage a very sucessful, new property in Kansas currently, but Coventry Manor holds a special place in my heart. Every time I drive by, I remember the wonderful residents who stay year after year.

Go see the huge 1600 sq ft 3 bedroom townhouse. There is nothing in KC that compares to that plan.
