Coventry park is not a good apartment complex to live. There is always crime happeneing, their carports are caving in on cars, they have horrible management and never answer the phone. They have yet to send us our deposit back which we were told we would get in full back within 2 weeks, its been 2 months and still nothing. They don't do what they say. There are much nicer places to live with much better care of their residents.

Did you know you are supposed to have your deposit back in 30 days by missouri law or an explanation of why you didn't get it back within 30 days. If it has been two months you could get double your deposit back. This also happened to me at Coventry.

The carports have been caving in on cars since at least 1980 when I lived there. Coventry Manor was the name of the complex back then and Lees Summit Road was only 2 lane with no JCPenney, Target, Joanne's or ----'s. Only a cow pasture, nice and quiet. It has all changed since then! Coventry was pretty good when I lived there. It sounds like it has changed alot now. I moved on to much worse, like Williamsburg Square and then the dreaded Mansions apartments. I would not recommend either of them.

are you all stupid?.....nobody gets a deposit back after 30 days and DEFINATELY not after 2 weeks...what would be the point of that?, the point of the deposit is to try to cover any damages that may occur in the apartment during the time of the lease, so why give it back before the lease is up? you are stupid and a liar, have a nice day.

You sound pretty stupid yourself kcshadowxxx! You definitely need to learn to spell. Also learn to read, you apparently have not read the Missouri landlord guide. Who said anything about getting the deposit back before the lease is up? Have a nice day! :)
