basically had a very bad experience since we moved in 2 months ago... we have faced 25 issues with the apartment the major issues were in less than 2 days using the oven the oven caught on fire due to neglence, the master bedroom window broken , fridge's freezer only working, bathroom fan not working, 2nd bedroom door placed on hinges upside down and carpet has paint strips in most areas. After weeks of complaints the Manager ------ replaced our Stove, Fridge, fixed our window, they took off the 2nd bedroom door and cut it a couple inches off and now have a 2 inch gap between the top of the door and the door itself. When we moved in at first we were told the living room celing had to be repaird due to a major water leak. well just recently the big rain storm that we had, we saw that statement was false and had a leak in the ceiling which ended up staining the ceiling and making it bu an bulge out. They then repaired the rood and then a month later spray painted the celing and put putty on the cracks.

Another thing I would like to note the manager said the apartment never got inspect prior to our move in date and is extremly hard to get her to answer her phones and return messages.

So if you want to be ripped of this is the place to be, If not try your search somewhere else like Burningtree Apts they respected my calls and my presence unlinke conventry hell....

Stay away from the Mansion Apartments as well. Your life will be hell there also. Incompetent office staff!
