I will be very honest and state what I experienced in this apartment so people wouldn t make the same mistake that I made. Before I moved in, the office lady------------, she was the nicest person, but the only thing that you have to do when you listen to her is adding the word NOT to every word or promise she gives you . They show you that they are very strict when you sign the contract and they run background check and tell you that their area is Drug Free and no one who has drugs history can rent in the property and the most important thing is that they do not tolerate noisy tenants so if someone gets very loud they would take care of the situation. And not to forget that you are responsible to report everything goes wrong in the Apartment right away and they should be getting the person to fix it with in 24 hours.

After I moved in, I started noticing that nothing of what they said was true. Examples, my AC broke down in the middle of the summer and it took more than 30 days until they fixed it, Leakage and other few things were reported and they never been fixed, they only claimed that they don t have enough people to maintain the apartments. My neighbors kept partying and playing loud music at night and no warning was issued even after I told the management and gave them the proof, you also need to get used to Bear bottles and Dogs Po* in front of your house. I also found that we have drugs in my neighborhood and actually my close neighbor used to stay in jail more than staying with his wife. Safety which was my main concern is Zero in their property, and what s worse is that many time their maintenance people got caught stealing things from homes. If you are looking for a quite and nice neighborhood to live I would not recommend this place at all.
