We moved here 2 years ago, and have had nothing but problems since. We only stayed because we thought we couldn't find any other place in our price range. We're not the type of people who look for trouble - we try to always see the positive. But there have just been too many incidents where the management service has just been poor or non-existent. We were even stood up for an appointment with a manager once, and have never had a call back from that person for an apology or anything. They've lost important documents, checks and cost us late fees and bank stop-payment fees on checks that were lost.

Other than that, the walls are very thin so you can hear all the noise around you. The people above us play their music - especially the bass - very loud literally 24 hours a day. We've complained to them and the office, with no help. The grounds are dirty and the apartments are so dark from lack of windows that there is mold constantly no matter how many times we clean up.

We can't stand it any more and we're moving out at the end of our current lease. We tried getting out of the lease, but there is no lease break policy. You are expected to pay the remainder of your lease whether you live her or not. I would not recommend this place. We would have saved a lot more money and stress living somewhere more expensive.

one time I locked myself out of the apartment and asked for a key to get back in, and the office didn't even check my identification. this was the first time I had in their office since signing the lease a year ago, so there is no way they recognized me. scares me to think they could let just anyone have a key into my place without checking ID.
