It seems that generally the only people who write bad responses in sites like these are the ones that break their leases, don't pay rent according to the lease, don't follow the lease, etc. and don't want to be accountable for their actions ! It seems that most of these people, rather than grow up and accept the fact that they are the problem, would rather blast the office and maintenance staff. I loved living at Independence Ridge. I guess the only way these irresponsible people learned to deal with anything is to hide behind annoniminity and call names like children.
It just makes me sick to hear this because the staff has always done everything they could to help me and did everything they could to help me fully understand my lease. If anyone from the Independence Ridge Staff ever reads this, I just want to say "Thank You!" You made me feel at home.
