As a concerned resident, I checked the sex offender list for the entire state of Missouri and found absolutely nobody living on this property. Until I heard about this site and read that review, I had zero problems living here. I love my apartment, having a fireplace is something I find very relaxing. Everytime I have been in the office, I have found the staff to be more than helpful. The maintenance is done right the first time and always very cheerful when I see them out on the grounds. Highly recommended. I would love to get the referral fee, tell them April sent you!
