Bad things I know about my apt. complex

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
A girl a few years back drowned in the swimming pool.
You have some of the nosiest neighbors I have ever seen. There are a few middle aged women who constantly look out the window and will report any thing they see. If you come home late at night they let the office staff know about it.
They have an officer in the community who will run secret background checks on certain residents before they actually move-in. This is highly illegal!
Several cars in the 3 years I have lived here have been broken into and the office staff could care less. My neighbor had his truck broken into and they acted like it was no big deal.
You better have your apt. spotless when you move out or they will hit you with some charges that are unresonable.
