My boyfriend signed over a year long contract. Its him and i and i newborn child that live here. i love it. i have had absolutly no problem. its quiet ( now off course this is going to differ depending on how loud your neighbors are, or even if you have any). and also the maitnence ppl are nice too. they come right away to fix whatever the problem is. ( which dont happen often). The parking space is fine. yes who ever comes first gets better, but still if you dont then your just like 20 feet more away. not bad !...I think that the staff take good care of the renters here, they are nice and always write a friendly organized news letter, that has facts, updatses, and reminders. I am very content living here. Never once had a problem. :) i would and DO recomment Independence ridge apartments
