Leases are 14 months not 12, read the fine print! There is no way to get out of your lease early without paying a fortune. Management and maintence staff has changed several times. If you have any complaints (noise, maintence, etc) do not expect it to be resolved. You will have to make several calls and any requests just end-up missing anyway. You just have to live with any problems. Noise is a real issue, the walls are paper thin. Management is very hard to reach even during office hours and very unhelpful. Parking is horrible, garages are available but located on the other side of the property so not practicle. Carports are available but if it's after office hours and someone parks in your spot there is nothing you can do. Also if you get home after 4pm it's very hard to find a parking spot. Parking lots are not lit well and no speed bumps so be very careful (even during daylight). If you do like it here be aware that when your lease is up for re-newal rent will be raised $150-$200.
LOOK ELSEWHERE only move here as a last resort if you have to!
Landscaping, the office area looks very nice as it has sprinkler system, the rest of the complex has never been watered and this summer grass was non-existant, dirt was the new grass.
New hospital is going up across the street so be prepared for construction, also traffic is a nightmare in this area.

I don't understand people that get upset for breaking their lease, you should be happy you were let out of the lease. Most places don't let you out. Bottom line, fullfill your obligations. If you don't, don't get on sites like this and piss and whine.

I know so many places that make you pay through the end of your lease.

The place is under new, and great management now.. so your complaints were valid,, when made,, but its a different place now.
