I've been here a year now and haven't run into too many problems. Overall maintenence hasn't been that bad. They don't clean up after themselves but they get the job done quickly. Parking sucks. Not enough spaces so now people park on the curbs and make it very hard to manuever through the lots. I'd hate to see a firetruck try to make it through here. I can't believe these cars are allowed to park like this. I don't think the noise level has been anything worse than other apartments. Windows aren't very insulated. I get a cold draft in my room all winter. I think the place is nice and people are fairly friendly. But if you are wanting a complex with a pool, don't even bother coming here. The pool is slightly bigger than my bathtub. And for periods during the summer the pump didn't even work and they still let kids swim. GROSS!
