I am moderately pleased with my apartment here. The management is decent, don't expect anyone to go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I am disappointed that I pay $649/month and they allow the people on the floor below me to leave 3 bags of trash in the walkway for 2 weeks. It is relatively quiet and about a 6 on cleanliness. Overall, not worth the price for what you get. The units are very nice and spacious..but I would rather go somewhere cheaper for the value!
Overall, don't rent here unless you would like to pay $649/month for a MEDIOCRE place.
