Ok folks, here is the real deal. I have been living at Pepperwood for almost a year. I have lived in various apartment complexes most of my life, and Pepperwood is pretty much at the top. The staff is VERY friendly (those who were not friendly no longer work there), the landscape is clean and well kept, maintenance requests are done fairly timely, and the manager handles tenant noise complaints personally and quickly. If you want someplace where the management knows your name and takes care of your needs, this is IT!
