I've lived at pepperwood since December of 2007 and we lived on the bottom floor..that was a mistake, first off the walls are paper thin you can hear exactly what people are saying outside and hear them walking up the stairs. the people above us were noisy as hell..both times we have had 2 sets of neighbors above us and both caused alot of noise, parking was a absolute nightmare..if you didnt get home by 5pm you got to walk a really good distance from your apartment, the pool is really small and on most weekends just filled with annoying kids. they did redo the clubhouse but that really wasn't money well spent, though i will admit i liked their new weight room but thats it. the staff are not intelligent and treat you like your 2, if you have a problem they say they will take care of it and you might if your lucky hear a response from them in about a month. me and my roommate had one problem moving in, and that was with the kitchen lighting, it wouldnt come on at all even with new bulbs it turned out they had to rewire a bunch of stuff. the apartments did have a nasty draft in the winter which in turn ran up the heating bill, and over all the place isnt worth the money for what you get from them in the end.
