WE RECENTLY GOT NEW MANAGEMENT, AND IT IS SO TRUE THAT THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A SYSTEM MISHAP!! YEA...SURE!! WHICH DIDNT CALCULATE MY RENT UNTIL IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY LATE! FUNNY THING IS, I PAID IT 3 DAYS EARLY!! THEY ALSO LET THE TENANTS COMPLAIN ON EACH OTHER WITH NO PROOF OF IT ALL! SO IT'S PRETTY MUCH YOUR WORD AGAINST THEIR. PLEASE BELIEVE I COMPLAINED TO JVM REALTY, THE VICE PRESIDENT AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE APARTMENTS!

What proof would you feel is needed to complain about your neighbor? Sounds to me like you are just whining because you like to make noise and your neighbors got sick of it. Learn to respect the rights of those around you and I bet you dont get complaints. Ive lived here for 3 years and no one has ever complained about me. I guess that is because I respect those around me, right? Grow up and learn how to live with people.
