Do not sign ANYTHING or give any money down with this complex unless you are a 100% certain you will be moving there! They will approve anyone without having a co-signer so don't let that scare you into signing. If you change your mind or are unable to rent there you lose whatever amt you give them. You have only 3days to back out if needed and they conviently become unavailable for those 3 days and you lose out on your money! Read the other reviews carefully! Neighborhood is full of crime with stealing to drug usage to worse. Please think twice before signing anything, when you go to look at the apts and agree to stay you sign paperwork allowing them to do a background check, this is all they need for a signature to keep your money. Remember the 3 days!!!!
