I have been living here since August 08. My building is quiet!! I like that!
My windows are old, that's a negative...so they are pretty thin and don't keep it insulated as they should. You can hear straight through them.
Security could be a bit better. They are there when they want to be. Not consistent.
The front office is not as professional as they could be....but what do you want for $295/month for a studio apartment!!
I have not had issues with bugs or anything like that. It could have been coming from the last reviewers neighbor. That just comes with living in apartments sometimes.
The cops do come here quite a bit, but I have never seen anything to serious happen here.
Not a bad place to live for cheap.
